Think, then Act

The looser are two kinds. The first kind acted without thinking. So they do the right things in the wrong place or time. The second kind thought, but they did not act because they do not have courage to risk. So they wait for helps from others, but then they find out that the chance went away because others did not wait like them, they just did it after they thought about it.

Therefore, Think Carefully, but then Act Quickly…

It is not always clear when thinking and acting are separate, how do you know when you have finished thinking?
